How I file on your behalf
I am a sole-owner third-party filing service. You hire me to prepare and submit the paperwork—not to teach you how to file it yourself.
1. Intake
You complete a short quote form or call. I confirm entity details, operating area, equipment profile, and which filings I will submit for you.
2. Prepare
I assemble complete applications, flag missing items, and line up companion filings (for example BOC-3 with MC authority) before anything is sent.
3. Submit & monitor
I submit through the proper government channels on your behalf and track status. Agencies control timing and approval.
4. Handoff
You receive numbers/references plus a clear checklist for insurance, plates, renewals, and any filings still assigned to other vendors.
Identity verification required by FMCSA must be completed by an authorized company official. I coordinate the filing; I cannot impersonate you for government ID proofing.
